Call for hourly rate.Two hour minimum for Event Photography, even if event time is less than two hours, to cover travel time, editing, CD writing, and mailing.
It is recommended that the event photographer should be scheduled at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to capture guest greetings and/or group photos, as well as, to allow the photographer time to find optimum shooting locations and/or setup lighting before event begins.
